Author Description Josip Ergovic was born the second son of theatre and movie actor Mato Ergovic and teacher Kata Kolek Ergovic in Zagreb-Croatia, where he attended university. After graduating in literature and phonetics 1983 he qualified to teach at high school level. Afterwards Josip Ergovic worked as an advisory consultant in the Ministry of education. Then he worked as the head of the culture management institution. Later on he was a teacher of the Croatian supplementary school abroad. His stories, plays, poems, and essays have been published in ninety distinct publications: books and e-books by groups of autors and literary magazines.
